Frank Hennessey Jr.
Frank is the President of Hennessey Enterprises, an investment company that has holdings in real estate, hotels, restaurants, and the self-storage industry. Frank is a serial entrepreneur that has started and grown many core operating businesses in the service and technology areas including Finz Seafood Restaurants, Union Station Brewery (acquired by John Harvard’s Brewhouse), and Linx Communications.
Frank began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in the audits and mergers and acquisitions of numerous businesses ranging from international conglomerates to small start-ups and is a graduate of Albion College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Speech Communication.
He is a member of a variety of professional organizations including the Boston Chamber of Commerce, the National and Massachusetts Restaurant Association and serves on the Board of Directors of Hennessey Capital.
Mike Hennessey
Mike Hennessey is President of Hennessey Ventures, an investment company focusing on clean tech, early stage web-based companies, and Latin America. With over twelve years of Fortune 500 direct and partner sales experience in Silicon Valley, Mike has sold e-commerce, search, internet, customer relationship management, application, and database software with Inktomi Corporation, Pegasystems and Oracle Corporation.
Mike has an International MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of Michigan. Mike has studied and worked abroad in Spain, Mexico, and Chile. He is a member of the Keiretsu Forum, Hispanic.net, California Clean Tech Mentor, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hennessey Capital.
David Wolf
David Wolf, CEO of Hennessey Capital S.E., has more than 15 years of management experience in commercial lending, SBA lending, factoring and leasing with Southeast Bank and First Union National Bank, GTE Leasing Corporation, First National Bank of Tampa and Southern Commerce Bank, where he managed a $21 million loan portfolio with clients that included manufacturers, wholesalers and retail companies.
A graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor of science degree in finance, Wolf earned a master’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship, from the University of South Florida.
He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation and a member of the loan committee of Neighborhood Lending Partners, the Turnaround Management Association, Greater Tampa and South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hennessey Capital.

Frank serves as Chairman and CEO of Hennessey Capital and Instream Financial. Frank has held many management roles of publicly traded companies including CEO and Vice Chair of MascoTech, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Emco Limited, EVP of Masco Corporation, CEO of Handleman Company, and Managing Partner of Coopers and Lybrand's Detroit Group offices.
Frank received his bachelor of science from Northeastern University in Boston. Among his many and varied activities, Frank is on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of DTE Energy, Director of First Michigan Bank; Director of New Detroit Inc.; Trustee of the American Business Conference; Director of the Citizen's Research Council of Michigan; Trustee of the Hudson-Webber Foundation; Director and Past Chairman of the Japan America Society of Greater Detroit and Windsor; Past Chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber and member of its Executive Committee.
