Frank is a financial executive with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and management, with direct experience in real estate, financial consulting, restaurants and franchising. He is a serial entrepreneur and founded Finz Seafood, Union Station Brewery (acquired by John Harvard's Brewhouse) and Linx Communications. Frank manages franchise operations for the Huey Magoo's chicken restaurants. He began his career in M&A and audit with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston and splits time in Miami.

Mike has a software and technology background in enterprise sales with Oracle Corporation, Inktomi Corporation and Pegasystems. He holds an International MBA from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of Michigan, with stints in Spain, Mexico and Chile. He currently resides in San Francisco, California. David is a former banking executive with more than 25 years of experience in commercial, asset-based and SBA lending, leasing, factoring, transportation and logistics. He has worked for Southeast Bank, First Union National Bank, GTE Leasing, Southern Commerce Bank and First National Bank in Tampa. David resides in Northern Florida.

Frank is a retired C-level operating executive who has held management roles at publicly traded companies including MascoTech, Emco Limited and Handleman Company, and was managing partner of Coopers & Lybrand's Detroit offices. He served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), as a Director of First Michigan Bank, and as a Trustee of the American Business Conference and the Hudson-Webber Foundation. He is a Director and Past Chairman of the Japan America Society and of the Detroit Regional Chamber and its Executive Committee. He currently lives in Ocala, Florida, where he spearheaded the Ocala Community Foundation and runs Hennessey Arabians.
