Frank Hennessey is a financial executive with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, management and has direct experience with real estate, financial consulting, restaurants and franchising. He is a serial entrepreneur and founded Finz Seafood, Union Station Brewery (acquired by John Harvard's Brewhouse), and Linx Communications. Frank manages franchise operations for Dunkin and Huey Magoos chicken restaurants. He began his career in M&A and Audits with Coopers and Lybrand in Boston, Massachusetts where he currently resides. Mike Hennessey has a software and technology background in enterprise sales with Oracle Corporation, Inktomi Corporation, and Pegasystems. Mike obtained an International MBA from the University of Washington and has a BA from the University of Michigan with stints in Spain, Mexico, and Chile. David Wolf is a former banking executive with more than 25 years of experience in commercial, asset-based and SBA lending, leasing, factoring, transportation and the logistics industry. David has worked for Southeast Bank, First Union National Bank, GTE Leasing, Southern Commerce Bank, and First National Bank in Tampa. David serves as Chairman of Benco Transportation, HenneCold Storage and HennCo Freight and Logistics. He and his wife Kaitlin reside in Tampa, Florida. [email protected]
